Excellence in Customer Service Workshops

At Murray Consulting Co, it is our goal to provide tailored workshops based on your service goals. The Co-owner, along with experienced individuals in the service and people industry, will provide training catered to your preference, whether virtual or in person. Additionally, at the end of the workshop training, the individuals enrolled will receive a certificate of completion. Typically, we offer roughly four workshops that target specific needs of the client over client's preferred timeline. Prices are always based on the client's specific needs.

Projects starting at $2,000.00

Website Modernization

Depending on the tier selected, the client would be charged anywhere from $2,000 to $4,000, the higher being more relevant for completely new web designs. If the client wanted monthly maintenance, that would range from $150-$200 per month, depending on the scope of the job.

About

I spent two decades in retail at one of the most prestigious customer service companies, Nordstrom. I held various high level leadership and merchant roles across the country, and over my extensive career, I received many prestigious awards and developed and taught new technology, service, and career development initiatives that were utilized nationally. I am extremely passionate about supporting those who work for me through career development and very well versed in customer service. Before consulting, I took a pause on my career to raise three small children, and during that time, taught for the University of Redlands. I specialized in career development and training and supported the University by creating the outlines and syllabus for many leadership courses across the University. Now, my husband and I help businesses create plans to improve service, leadership development, and technology. We also specialize in re designing websites for a more customer centric experience.
