I am a degreed accountant with nearly 20 years of experience. My primary focus has been real estate accounting although I work clients in various industries and can provide a wide range of accounting services. I specialize in commercial and industrial real estate investments including, but not limited to, acquisitions, CAM reconciliations, budgets and forecasting, cash flow, distributions, fixed assets, lease administration and full cycle accounting. I am versed in a multitude of programs including Yardi, Appfolio, Buildium, and Quickbooks. I am the go-to person for general accounting knowledge as well as the tasks no one else wants to take on because my clients and peers know that I truly love what I do and the work will be done to the highest standard.
